Communities Philippines, Inc. was established in 1991. It offers low-cost and affordable residential properties outside the Mega Manila area priced between Php0.8 million and Php3.5 million. Communities Philippines' provincial development efforts started in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Pangasinan. In 1996, Communities Philippines extended its nationwide presence by making its initial investment in Northern Luzon.
